At Phen Healthy, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
You can now request a return online through our Self-Service Returns Portal. Click here to submit your return request.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

🚨 Please Note:
- Do not send items back without first submitting a return request via our Self-Service Returns Portal or emailing us for approval.
- If a return is sent without authorization, it may be refused, and no refund will be issued.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at admin@phenhealthy.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation promptly and provide a solution.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition or packaging
If you are unsure whether a product is eligible for return, please reach out to us before making a purchase.
5. Lost or Stolen Shipments
- Once an order is marked as "Delivered," we are not responsible for theft or missing packages. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location.
- If an order is lost in transit (i.e., never marked as delivered), we will replace it as soon as possible.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different product, the fastest way to get it is:
- Request a return for your original item following the steps above.
- Place a new order for the item you want after your return is approved.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
